Wharfedale Pro Powers New Sound System at Tübingen’s B12 Bouldering Hall Expansion.

The German Alpine Club (DAV) has expanded its bouldering and climbing facilities at the B12 Tübingen hall, responding to a surge in visitors, now reaching 95,000 annually—almost triple the original capacity. The updated facilities include a 17-metre-high rope tower designed to meet the needs of professional climbers.

The new sound system, expertly installed by Hifi-Studio Wagner, ensures crystal-clear audio for events and daily operations. The system includes:

• 4 x Wharfedale Pro Titan-12Z
• 1 x Wharfedale Pro DP-4030 amplifier
• 1 x Wagner mixer with limiter
• Various wireless links

The upgraded system debuted at the “Kids Cup 2024,” where young climbers competed in bouldering and speed climbing disciplines. Wharfedale Pro is proud to contribute to enhancing the experience for all visitors to this vibrant new space.
