WDG series has been engineered to re-define the traditional floor monitor. Available in active or passive and with 12” and 15” models, WDG has some handy tricks up its trouser leg……
The WDG-A12 and WDG-A15 feature Wharfedale Pro coaxial drivers paired with carefully optimised waveguides, delivering controlled, consistent coverage. Thoughtful cabinet design allows WDG-A to be deployed at 25° for far-field or 60° for near-field monitoring, with additional flexibility via a 35 mm pole socket and optional WPB-7 or U-brackets for wall or truss mounting.
WDG-A models include onboard DSP with multiple presets for fast, hands-on control, and can be managed remotely via RS485 using PRO=LINK software, enabling detailed preset editing and system management. A practical HF Output EQ control allows real-time tonal adjustment on stage.
Building on this foundation, the WDG-AX12 and WDG-AX15 extend the series into higher-performance territory. Featuring premium Beyma coaxial drivers, increased power handling and higher maximum SPL, AX models are built around the proven DP-series amplifier platform and managed via DSP Controller software. Constant-directivity 80° × 40° rotatable drivers ensure precise, consistent coverage in any orientation.
Designed for demanding real-world use, WDG-AX models add IP65-rated AC in and link connectors, colour TFT displays, rotary encoder control, extensive preset libraries and network connectivity — making them equally at home as stage monitors, side-fills or compact FOH systems, including outdoor applications.
Stage, pole, near, far or wall-mounted — WDG-A Series delivers the advantages of coaxial design with maximum flexibility for professional environments.
WDG can be deployed as either 60° for near field or 25° for far field.

WPB-W12 / W15
WDG-A12 and WDG-A15 feature Wharfedale Pro coaxial drivers coupled to a 70° conical waveguide, optimised for even coverage in near- and mid-field monitoring applications.
WDG-AX12 and WDG-AX15 raise performance further with premium Beyma coaxial drivers and constant-directivity 80° × 40° rotatable drivers, allowing precise pattern control and consistent coverage regardless of cabinet orientation — ideal for more demanding stage, side-fill and compact FOH roles.
WDG-A Series loudspeakers support network control for remote configuration and monitoring of onboard DSP parameters.
WDG-A12 and WDG-A15 use an RS485 network connection and are managed via PRO=LINK software, providing intuitive GUI control for preset selection, EQ and system configuration.
WDG-AX12 and WDG-AX15 are built around an enhanced DSP platform and are managed using DSP Controller software, offering deeper system control, expanded monitoring and precise tuning for more demanding professional applications.
For easy connection to the computer, the optional USB-RS485-RJ45 MKII convertor can be used.
