This installation at Donghua University of Technology’s Nanchang campus in China centres on a flown WLA-210XP line array system, delivering consistent, high-quality coverage across a 960-seat lecture hall.

The system features multiple flown arrays, each configured with 6 × WLA-210XP dual 10” line array elements, combined with 2 × WLA-210XSUB per hang. This creates a coherent full-range system with integrated low-frequency support, ensuring balanced tonal response and controlled directivity throughout the space. The WLA-210XP elements provide strong mid-high clarity and long-throw performance, while the flown subwoofers enhance low-frequency extension and improve coupling by aligning bass energy with the main arrays. The system also uses WLA-218BX dual 18″ subs on the ground, under the stage.

This configuration ensures uniform sound pressure levels from the front rows to the rear seating, with excellent intelligibility for both speech and music. 

The system is powered by DP series and DR series amplifiers, providing reliable power and stable operation.

In addition, a Wharfedale Pro CS-200 wireless conferencing system with chair and delegate microphones supports academic events, enabling clear, flexible communication alongside high-quality sound reinforcement.
