The Circus Krone building in Munich is the only permanent circus structure in the German-speaking world.

It has 3000 seats, permanent stables for all animals, rehearsal rings, workshops, offices, dressing rooms, and a unique self-supporting circus dome reaching 18 metres high.

While Circus Krone is on tour from April to mid-November, the building hosts a wide variety of other events — concerts (including the Beatles, the Rolling Stones), lectures, musicals, boxing matches (such as Mohammed Ali), and much more.

Many leading comedy stars appreciate the unique atmosphere of the circular venue. During a three-day comedy festival, a Wharfedale Pro system was used. The system included WLA-210XP, Delta-X12, and GPL-5 speakers, powered by DP-F/DP-N amplifiers. It was praised for delivering outstanding speech intelligibility across all seats.

Around 20 further events are planned using this system combination.
